It is composed of black non-slip plastic plates, each plate has dimensions of 505x580x30 mm and a weight of 1kg. The slabs are divided into 100 hexagonal cells with a diameter of about 5 cm, on their perimeter they are prepared with connection tabs with a «click» system, facilitating the union between them to create large-sized pavements (4 tiles make up 1, 17 m²). They require perimeter fixing to the ground by means of staples or pegs and for this they are prepared with perforations.

If the ground on which the modular gravel stabilizer is to be placed is dirt or grass can come out, it is highly recommended to put a weed mesh under the gravel stabilizer. The quantity of stone required is obtained by calculating 60 kg. of gravel per m², it is recommended that it be gravel and not pebbles, so that it compacts better. The ideal size of the gravel is between 6 and 16 mm, any gravel within that range is valid. It also allows filling with soil or planting grass.

With this stabilizer and the gravel, a non-slip draining pavement is achieved, which is ideal to avoid puddles, the formation of mud or ice on the coldest days, increasing safety in circulation, as well as allowing the absorption of water by the plants or trees that can be planted. on the side of the roads.
Placing the gravel stabilizer is not excessively complicated but it does require following some specific steps, it is a matter of patience rather than skill.

We cut the anti-grass mesh to measure the space, we stretch it well and fasten it with clamping clips so that it does not move.

Later we are placing the plates on the mesh and we fasten them around the entire perimeter with staples until it is perfectly occupying the entire surface.

We begin to fill the cells with gravel, first fill a section and then we can add more gravel on top of that section and push it towards the empty cells. From this moment the work is easier and faster.
Once we have filled all the stabilizer, it is recommended to add 5 mm more gravel, so that the stabilizer is not seen.

It is recommended to tread the gravel well, if we have a roller that weighs it would be perfect, but if we do not have one we can put a board and climb on top of it to step on the ground little by little, in this way the gravel will compact very well and we will achieve the comfortable effect we are looking for.
